One of the huge problems with our new and improved, highly mobile society is that grandparents are for holidays. That’s just not enough time.
Interactions between generations are critical. Old people help remind us that this has all happened before. It will be ok.
They remind us that families fight and make up. It will be ok.
They remind us that dads have always tried to protect their daughters from canoodling. And they’ve always lost. It’s ok.
